Tim Elliott is Director, Coaching & Facilitation with Forrest & Company Limited.
An effective coach, Tim draws on his extensive leadership experience in a variety of sectors. He specializes in career counselling, vocational guidance, and executive coaching. He is the author of the Forrest StoryMaker™ program, through which leaders can achieve goals faster by inspiring, engaging and aligning their team with a clearly articulated vision. He became a Forrest Associate following his participation in The Leadership PathTM.
Tim is a certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute. He is also a licensed consultant with Birkman International and uses the Birkman Method with clients who are seeking vocational clarity.
He spent 25 years in parish ministry with the Anglican Church. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Huron College University, London, Ontario, a Masters of Divinity from the General Theological Seminary, New York, New York; and a Doctor of Ministry from Trinity College and the University of Toronto.
Tim is the author of Clarity and Courage: Life as an Improvised Journey, about which a Forrest podcast was made. He is an accomplished pianist and has performed his unique musical program, “All the Things You Are: Music and Stories for Life’s Journey”, for conferences in Canada and the U.S.
He is married to former CBC Radio broadcaster Judy Maddren, who now records life stories through her company, Soundportraits. Tim and Judy live in Stratford ON.
