Laura recently moved from the Administrative Assistant to the President position to the new position of Finance and Operations Administrator. In this role, she is accountable for support to the Manager, Support Services for the financial requirements of the business (payroll, accounts payable and receivable), assisting our sales and marketing function, and providing back-up to our Client Coordinator.

Laura is an enthusiastic, energetic administrative support professional with a vast amount of experience in supporting and organizing diverse groups, and brings a keen focus on prioritization, organization and assisting managers in meeting their planned goals.

Her previous experience includes time as a retail team leader/Assistant Manager with Penningtons from which she has developed a great ability to facilitate positive relationships and interact with clients and customers.

Laura has a BA in Journalism from Ryerson University and is a long-time member of the Cadet Instructors Cadre of the Canadian Forces. She is currently the Commanding Officer of a local Cadet Unit and has spent many years in administrative, instructional and even public relations roles at Army Cadet summer camps.
