The Leadership Suite™
Forrest has developed a curriculum of programs that provide managerial leaders with the knowledge and skills they need to be more effective in leadership roles. These skills, in addition to who you are and what you do, determine whether you will achieve results while having a positive effect on others.
The Leadership Suite consists of six programs that provide all of the tools for managerial leaders to achieve extraordinary results.
The programs help participants to integrate task and people focus in order to manage tensions that arise when leading to get results. To accomplish this, each uses a specific, fully-functional behavioural model that helps participants diagnose their current challenges, choose appropriate solutions, and grow as leaders of character.
PLAN™
Each program in the Leadership Suite employs a common methodology to approach your leadership in a consistent way – PLAN. PLAN refers to the actions of Planning, Listening, Adapting and Navigating that are vital to successful leadership.
Because solutions are applied using a common methodology, the Forrest Leadership Suite programs can be taken individually or in concert to help your organization achieve extraordinary results.

Methodology
- All Leadership Suite programs are instructor-lead and interactive
- Instruction is based on step-by-step building of knowledge and skills over the course of the class, using case studies, exercises, worksheets, video support and planning opportunities
- Models – Each of the Leadership Suite programs features a fully-functional behavioural model that summarizes the key elements of the skills taught and facilitates their use
- Each program has a small amount of pre-class work that asks participants to bring real-life problems to be solved
- Participants will leave the session with a fully-formed action plan to use with their teams
- Each program includes individual, small-group and large group activities
- Coaching – All participants will receive one hour of post-program individual coaching to reinforce the skills learned and provide an opportunity to ask additional questions regarding the application of their new skills in the work environment
