Forrest Decision-Making Process in the Report on Business
Globe and Mail business writer Gillian Livingston, has written an article for the Report on Business about Forrest’s decision-making process featuring commentary by Tony Welsh, Forrest’s Vice-President, Consulting & Design.
Forrest Decision Making is based on Effective Intelligence, the thinking model that reveals the mechanics of thinking, allowing individuals and teams to think and work more effectively and achieve better results.
Ms Livingston attended Tony’s “Yes? No? Definitely!” decision-making session at the HRPA13 Conference and was so impressed that she followed-up after the session.
