A typical Forrest coaching engagement consists of twice-monthly, in-person sessions and a monthly telephone debrief, and are from three to six months in length.

At Forrest, we pride ourselves on being able to accurately triage a client’s needs and find the right resources for the task at hand. We boast an extensive roster of consultants, coaches, and facilitators, with years of experience, spanning multiple sectors and industries, from which we can bring to bear the full weight of our understanding to meet our client’s needs.
We begin every engagement with an exploratory call with stakeholders to identify the crux of the need. Once we identify the true root issues, we can then begin to design the client engagement and assign the appropriate Forrest resources to support it.
For coaching engagements, we offer three suggestions to match your needs and provide “fit meetings” at no cost to ensure that the selected coach not only suits the engagement requirements, but suits the person.
Once the relationship is confirmed, we will provide you with a comprehensive proposal or statement of work, outlining the suggested engagement, preliminary design, and expected costs. From there, the work proper begins.
Communication is key. At every step, we will ensure that we are in lockstep with your needs and wants, and adjust or pivot as needed. Strong change and project management will be applied to every engagement, as we work to ensure the client is always satisfied.
