For over 30 years and with over a thousand executives, Forrest has used its proven executive coaching model to help executives solve complex issues, leverage strengths and overcome barriers. A typical Forrest coaching engagement consists of twice-monthly, in-person sessions and a monthly telephone debrief, and are from three to six months in length.

The Leadership Path
The Leadership Path (TLP™) is the most powerful individual leadership and management development program available. Graduates accelerate their organizations’ achievement of strategy by emerging from the program with exceptional and integrated abilities in both leadership and management.
The Leadership Path
A year-long managerial leadership development experience for candidates director-level and above.
Begins with a five-day offsite workshop focusing on leadership development.
Incorporates 5 assessment tools, including a 360° assessment.
A three-day offsite seven months later focuses on developing management ability and integrating the learning from both workshops.
Features an additional 360° assessment to measure progress.
Over the twelve months, there are five one-on-one coaching sessions that reinforce and broaden the lessons learned in the workshops.

At Forrest, we pride ourselves on being able to accurately triage a client’s needs and find the right resources for the task at hand. We boast an extensive roster of consultants, coaches, and facilitators, with years of field experience, spanning multiple sectors and industries, from which we can bring to bear the full weight of our understanding to meet our client’s needs.
We begin every engagement with an exploratory call with stakeholders to drill down into the pain points and identify the crux of the need. Once we identify the true root issues, we can then begin to design the client engagement and assign the appropriate Forrest resources to support it.
For coaching engagements, we offer three suggestions to match your needs and provide “fit meetings” at no cost to ensure that the selected coach not only suits the engagement requirements, but suits the person.
Once the relationship is confirmed, we will provide you with a comprehensive proposal or statement of work, outlining the suggested engagement and preliminary design, and expected costs. Once accepted, from there, the work proper begins.
Communication is key. At every step, we will ensure that we are in lockstep with you as to needs and wants, and adjust or pivot as needed. Strong change and project management will be applied to every engagement, as we work to ensure the client is always satisfied.
